Lewis; her children, John Lewis (Lindsay), Damaris Gore (Mitchell), James Lewis (Amy), Silas Lewis (Tara), Paul Lewis (Ava), Mark Lewis and David Lewis (Hannah); and her grandchildren, John Lewis, Caleb Lewis, Brianna Lewis, Courtney Lewis, Leslie Lewis, Callie Lewis, Carter Lewis, Sadie Lewis and Baby Lewis.
