He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Betty; and his sister Heather (Cody). He is survived by: his wife Merrilee (Boots); his children, Charlie, Valerie (Terry), Dawn (David), Derek (Stephanie) and James (Holly); and his siblings, Greg, Kevin and Missy. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
