He is survived by: his wife Brenda Thornton Roop; his daughters, Tammy Surface (Alan) and Michelle Collins (Delbert); his grandchildren, Paige Collins (Jarad), Brett Surface, Savannah Gray (Matthew) and Duncan Collins (Lauren); and his brother-in-law George East. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and special friends.
