He is survived by: his wife Melinda Lyons Worrell; his children, Dylan T. Worrell and Tara W. Worrell; his brothers, James T. Worrell (Jeannie), Timothy L. Worrell and Jeffery S. Worrell (Marcie); his mother-in-law Carolyn R. Lyons; and his aunt Sandra R. Painter.
