We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Kelli Elaine Carter in Dublin, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Rod Carter; her grandparents, Kelly, Ethelene Fagg, Harlan and Margaret Carter; and her great-grandparent Carl Wattenbarger.

She is survived by: her mother Janis Carter; her daughter Kaila Grantham; her granddaughter Talia "Monks" Carter; her brother Carl Carter; and her sibling's children, Cayden Carter, Wonder and Chance Carter. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kelli's memory to the BackPack Program at Snowville Elementary or to the charity of your choice.
