He was predeceased by : his parents, Wallace William and Minnie Arbutus Lytton of Christiansburg; his brothers, Bobby Leon Lytton and Ray Junior Lytton; and his grandson Darin Matthew Conner.

He is survived by : his wife Lola Carden Lytton; his daughters, Susan Lytton Ward (Kenneth) and Sandra Lytton Conner (Matthew); his grandson Dylan Thomas Conner; his sister Diane L. Mabry; and his sister-in-law Beverly Lytton. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
