We bid farewell to Margaret Ritter Hancock of Dublin, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 11, 2025 at the age of 78. Margaret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Ritter and Mary Ritter; her son Albert Hancock; and her siblings, Robert, Arvil, Wendell, Jr., Wally, Oscar, Betty Perfater and Tammy Ritter.
She is survived by: her children, Martin Hancock, Larking Hancock (Rebecca) and Helen Ayers; her grandchildren, Christopher Beach, Joseph Shelor, Justin Hancock (Michelle), Destiny Hancock, Alexis Hancock, Megan Hancock Kaitlyn Hancock and William Hancock; and her close friends, Charlotte Mabry, Shelby Lucas, Bruce and Nancy Vogelaar. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel (1631 Bob White Blvd, Pulaski, VA 24301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
