She was predeceased by: her spouse Damon E. Farley; her parents, Paul Franklin Kelly, Sr. and Mary Evelyn Darnell Farley; and her brother John Albert "Johnny" Kelly. She is survived by: her daughter Annette Farley McGuire; her grandchildren, Brandy McGuire (Tommy Bishop), Marcia Farley and Terry McGuire (Kristina); her great grandchildren, Connor Bishop and Landon Bishop; and her siblings, Paul Franklin "Frankie" Kelly, Jr. (Lyn) and Brenda Joyce Kelly Moore.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24019). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fort Lewis Baptist Church (4215 W Main St, Salem, VA 24153).
