He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Brickey and Emma Sue Carter Brickey; his daughter Teresa Terri Yvonne Brantley; and his siblings, Glenn Brickey, Edith Corbett and Dorothy Harrell.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Wesley Dale Brickey and Kyle Cook; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Madison Brickey; his siblings, Tommie Brickey, Helen Manning and Jane Newman; his children-in-law, Kathy Christian and Rev. Mark Brantley (Istanbul); and his close friends, Barry Christian, Charlotte Jewell and Amanda Seagle.
