He was predeceased by: his father Robert Orville Abbott. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Suzzane Thompson Abbott; his wife Caroline Kochtitzky Merritt Abbott of Dublin; his daughters, Rachel E. Abbott-Hulbott (Casey) of Madison, Wisconsin and Hannah B. Abbott (Michael) of Rochester; his sister Tammy Mummey of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Ione Hulbott, Azura Hulbott, Mirah Wollar and Emersyn Wollar.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Seagle Funeral Home.
