He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee and Shirley Louise Goforth Belcher. He is survived by: his daughter Caitlin Novalee Davis; his sister Karen Dishon (Leon); and his nephews, Tyler and Chandler Dishon. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084).
