He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Miller and Rebecca Miller; his wife Sandra Kay Miller; his siblings, Donald Miller, Elias Benjamin Miller, Jr. and Janet Lefever; and his daughter-in-law Molly Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Weaver (Dan), Becky Mussleman (Ed), Arthur Miller, Jr., Tami Meek, Shawn Miller (Melissa) and Amanda Franklin (Justin); his siblings, Lucretia Simpson, David Miller (Jackie), Linda McCauley (Benjamin), Bob Miller (Barbara), Lloyd Miller (Mary Ann) and Roseanne Albright (Larry); and his grandchildren, Krystal Laudicina (Brent), Shane Weaver, Eddie Mussleman (Christina), Kim Wright, Hannah Miller, Katelyn Ritchey (Cody), Tarin Jernigan (Tate), Alana Hawkins (Corey), Mia Franklin and Junior Franklin. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robinette Funeral Home (146 Maple Dr, Jonesville, VA 24263). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cemetery Are Asked. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ewing-McClure Cemetery (252 Old Friendship Road, Jonesville, VA 24263).
