He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sturgill and Audrey Millhorn; and his brothers, Robert Sturgill, Mark Durham, Tim Durham and Ronald Durham.
He is survived by: his brother Dennis Millhorn; and his sibling's children, Delisa Durham, Timothy Durham, Tyler Durham, Robert Millhorn and Jack Millhorn. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
