She was predeceased by: her parents, Stonewall Jackson (Jack) and Ida Baker Begley; her husband Jessee Hicks; her siblings, Edith B. Chandler, Carl Begley (Bud), Ochia B. Chandler, Cecil Begley (Cassie), Bonnie B. Chandler (Parker), Lawrence Begley (Goodman), Opal B. Durham, Ted Begley and Alice B. Dickenson; and her in-laws, Harry Hicks, Beatrice Ryan Hicks, Connie H. Mullins, Joe Hicks and G. Bryce Gillenwater.
She is survived by: her son Jessee Jr. Dorothy; her cousin Alice Baker Begley (Walter Peak); her daughter Pam; her brother W. C. Begley (Doris); her sisters-in-law, Nina O. Begley and Faye H. Gillenwater; her nephew Rick Begley; her niece Linda Brickey; and her cousins, Billy and Lisa Begley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
