He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clifford Fletcher and Stella Fletcher (Lane); and his brother Eugene Jim Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fletcher (Bishop); his children, Cynthia Leon of Gate City, VA, Vickey Elizabeth Fletcher of Duffield, VA, Jennifer Peters of Gate City, VA, James Clifford Fletcher, Jr. of Duffield, VA and Keith Fletcher of Duffield, VA; his grandchildren, Brittany Diane Fletcher, Zachary Niel Winegar, Caleb Peters, Avery Peters and Katelyn Peters; his great grandchildren, Parker Estepp, Gage Estepp and Emberly Winegar; and his siblings, Lizzie Mae Johnson of Duffield, VA, Joyce Marie Johnson, Big and Larry Wayne Fletcher of Duffield, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
