He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Jack and Emma Jane Ramsey (McDavid). He is survived by : his sons, Joseph "Joey" Douglas Ramsey (Holly) and Scotty Ray Ramsey; his siblings, Zola Williams (David), Robin Dorton and Wayne Ramsey (Brenda); his grandchildren, Jasper and Zoe Ramsey; and his close friend Steve Hammonds. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
