He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy "Dolly" A. Palfrey (Madigan); and his brother Wayne Palfrey. He is survived by: his father E. Calvin "Cal" Palfrey; his son-in-law Nima; his granddaughter Reagan; his wife Erika; his daughters, Heather Walker (Joe), Karen Derakhshanrokni (Nima) and Megan; his grandchildren, Nico, Harper, Michaela and Luca; and his brother Pat. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Inova Schar Cancer Institute.
