He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Shifflett Perry; his caregiver Fern Sutherland; his children, Donald "Scott" Shifflett (Tiffany), Kathy Shifflett (Franklin) and Billy Shifflett; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Jennifer, Kallob, Ashley, Landin and Emerie Shifflett; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Emmaleigh, Huntleigh and Kamari; his godsons, Tyler Powell and Matthew Shifflett; his nieces, Kandie Shifflett and Kendall Castillo; his caregiver Kendall Castillo; his siblings, Janice Eicher (Marvin), Fred Franklin Shifflett (Peggy), Gloria Mykich (Jim), Roy Lee Shifflett (Crystal), Steve Shifflett (Debbie) and George Shifflett (Lisa); and his friends, Gary "Nut" Shifflett, Henry "Dick" Shifflett (Patty), Racheal Miller (PC) and Heather Shifflett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and dear friends.
