He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Douglas and Betty Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Douglas; his daughters, Katy Maupin and Cornelia Douglas (Cory); his stepson Donald Polson Jr. (Amber); and his siblings, Betty Grymes, Carolyn Douglas and David Douglas.
