He is survived by: his wife Jean West Dew; his children, David Herndon Dew II (Ronda) and Robin Annette Fescina (Michael); his grandchildren, Eric Dew, Emily Dew, Erika Fescina, Evan Dew (Jamie), Elizabeth Dew, Lauren Fescina and Michael Fescina; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Everett Dew; his niece Janice Bondurant (David); and his nephew James Munsey (Sue).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dave's memory to the Scottish Rite RiteCare Clinic or the Shriners Children's Hospital.
