He is survived by: his wife Barbara Palmer; his daughters, Cathy Mutchler (Scott) and Audra Windel (Ronnie); his granddaughters, Miya Clower (Garrett) and Makena Mutchler; his sisters, Judith Naff and Juanita Leonard; and his close friends, Larry Ross and Ricky Ruble.
