He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Thacker and Minnie Thacker; and his brother Thomas Thacker. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Thacker; his children, Theresa Martin (Terry), Curtis Thacker (Leigh) and Chris Thacker (Gina); his stepsons, Travis Davis (April) and Tony Davis (Joni); and his sisters, Brenda Pleasants and Linda Pace. He is also survived by 12 grandkids; 5 great grandkids.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Memorial Gardens (3251 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22911).
