She was predeceased by: her grandfather Charles Eugene Coffelt; and her uncle Kevin A. Coffelt. She is survived by: her parents, Keith Michael and Deborah Ann VanDyne Coffelt; her sister Brittany Annette Coffelt of Strasburg, VA; her grandparents, Janice Marie Davis Coffelt of Woodstock, VA, Larry and Sarah Thornton VanDyne of Lebanon Church, VA; her aunt Dorinda L. Coffelt; and her uncles, Dwight E. Coffelt and Donald VanDyne (Susan).
