She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edwin and Nora Blanche Smith of Fauquier County, Virginia.; her husband John L. Williams; her children, Roy Williams and Vicky Ritchie; and her sister Margaret Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Tommie and Carol Jean; and her siblings, Joyce Hollar of Harrisonburg, Virginia, Wilbur Lee Smith (Diana) of Warrenton, Virginia and Alvin Smith (Barbara) of Denton, Maryland.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
