Betty Jo Drummonds Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Drummonds of Edinburg, Virginia, who passed away on September 19, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Jo Drummonds to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Dellinger and Mazie Ellen Barb Dellinger; her husband Richard Jasper Drummonds; and her siblings, Edward "Jim" Dellinger, Stephen Walter Dellinger and Mildred "Sally" Painter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Kaiser (Douglas Kaiser) of Owings, MD and Angela Maxwell (Leonard Maxwell) of Ft. Washington, MD; her granddaughters, Madison Kaiser, Amanda Maxwell and Elizabeth Maxwell; and her siblings, Preston "Jack" Dellinger, John Paul Dellinger, Mary Ellen Barb, Ruby Baker, Emma Geraldine Evans, Nancy Jean Hines and Judy Irene Gochenour. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Service (14116 S Middle Rd, Edinburg, VA 22824). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ United Church of Christ (14561 Senedo Rd, Mt Jackson, VA 22842).
