She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stevens and Betty Stevens. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Stevens (Jody) of Orange County, VA and Michael Muterspaw (Allison) of Front Royal, VA; her siblings, Roger Stevens, Debbie Strawser and Lacy Stevens; and her pet Reign. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
