He is survived by: his father Melvin Coffelt; his wife Rhoda Coffelt; his children, Penny Herald-Jett (Timmy), Daryl Coffelt (Penny) and Crystal Coffelt (Gary); and his grandchildren, Jessie Herald (Harley), Brittney Irvin (Nathan), Samantha Stroop (Kaleb), William Clark, Misty Clark, Tiffany Frazier (Codie), Cheyenne Coffelt (Brendan) and Bruce Coffelt. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
