He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dougherty and Mildred Ockerman Dougherty; and his sister Margie Faye Waller. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Dougherty; his daughters, Patricia Marie Yohman (Mark) of Columbus, OH. and Kimberly Kaye Kelly of Columbia, MD; and his siblings, Dixie Lou Pellin of Ohio and Richard Dougherty of Florida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
