He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Clark and Betty Bly Clark. He is survived by: his daughter Misty Lynn Clark of Edinburg; his siblings, Mike Clark (Pauline) of Edinburg and Pamela Foltz (Randy) of Maurertown; and his nephew Jesse Clark of Edinburg.
