He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Hoyson Wheeler; his children, Elizabeth Ann Veverka (Josh) of Edinburg and Jon Thomas Wheeler Jr. of Jamestown, ND; his brothers, Mark Wheeler (Hope) of Boardman, OH and Fred Wheeler of Albermarle, NC; his brother-in-law Scott O'Brien of Ravenna, OH; and his grandchildren, Andrew Veverka, Isabella Wheeler and Carter Veverka.
