He was predeceased by: his father Sidney Rubenstein. He is survived by: his mother Rachelle Lustig Rubenstein; his wife Suzanne; his siblings, Scott, Sherry, Merry and Seth; and his brothers-in-law, Bobby Stumpf and Danny Stumpf.
