He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred William Carbaugh and Pauline Vaught Carbaugh; and his siblings, Mary Alice Carbaugh, Charles Carbaugh, Bobby Carbaugh, Lynwood Carbaugh, Billy Carbaugh and Leon Carbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Carbaugh; his children, Tammy Osborne (Greg) and Timothy Carbaugh (Cristi) of Eggleston; his grandchildren, Callie Link of Taylor, Arkansas, Jase Carbaugh and Tucker Carbaugh of Eggleston; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Cherry, Linda Bailey, Gail Vaught, Jeanette Duncan, Kathy Stanley, Mike Kelly and Charles Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations to the Eggleston Volunteer Fire Department be made in Mack's honor.
