She is survived by: her sons, Douglas (Patty Thomas) and William (Bo Thomas); her stepdaughter Lisa Compton of Vansant, VA; her stepdaughter-in-law Emerald Parks of Galax, VA; her grandchildren, Renae, Matthew Thomas Jones and Brittany Grimes; her sister-in-law Gearlene Barry of Mountain City, TN; and her pets, Sassy and Pearl. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
