He was predeceased by : his father Mathes Gene. He is survived by : his wife Ann Marie Parks; his children, Lisa (Jeffery Compton), Kenneth (Emerald Parks), William (Bo Thomas) and Douglas (Patty Thomas); his sister Gearlene Barry of Mt. City, TN; and his grandchildren, J. C., Christopher, Allen, Codi, Renae and Brittany. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
