He was predeceased by: his father Earl K. Cherry, Sr.; his half-sister Sabrena C. Mills; and his grandparents, Drew Fred, Nannie Iva Cherry, Robert Bruce and Kate S. Hall.
He is survived by: his mother Rachel Hall Cherry; his wife LuAnn Williams Cherry; his children, Robert Bruce Hall Cherry (Cheyenne), Caroline Lucy Kate Cherry (Keyshawn Phipps) and Nora Emeline Brooke Cherry; his brother Jim McKinnon Cherry (Grace); his half-siblings, Cheryl C. Umberger, Becky C. Maloney (Pat), Nancy C Brown, Kathy C Botkin (Randy) and William Cox; his parents-in-law, Rev. John and Judy Williams; his brother Rev. Curtis; and his sister-in-law Stacee Williams. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
