He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Williams and Lydia Morris Williams; and his siblings, Roy Williams, Lelia Chestnut, Geneva Shifflett, Joyce Eppard and Ruby Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith Williams; his children, Adam H. "Bucky" Williams, Jr. and Stephanie Williams; his siblings, Charles Williams (Theresa) of Elkton, Alvin Ray Williams (Sue) of Elkton, Paul Williams (Tabitha) of Stanardsville, Donna Stepp (Martin) of Elkton and Evelyn Breeden (Wayne) of Elkton; and his granddaughter Raina Williams.
