She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Morgan Eppard Sr. and Wilma Frances Hensley Eppard; her son Kevin Samuels; and her brother Leonard "Deno" Eppard Jr.. She is survived by: her son Cody Samuels (Jessica); her stepdaughter Penny Foster; her siblings, Leon "Johnny" Eppard (Sheila), Debbie Hodge (Danny), Shelby Eppard and Teresa Eppard-Dikin; her grandchildren, Chelsea Samuels, Garrett Samuels, Blake Samuels, Addison Pence and Parker Samuels; her great grandchild Oliver; and her stepgrandchildren, Gabe and Thea.
