He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Boyd Pugh, Jr. and Margaret Louise Judd Pugh; his wife Mia Dawn Buse'Pugh; his daughter Celina Dawn Pugh of Churchville; his siblings, Ronald B. Pugh (Marilyn (Micki)) of Wicomico Church and Joy Pugh Monopoli (Joseph) of Richmond; his nieces, Jamie Zimmerman (Austin) of Crozet and Amanda Wood (Dan) of Stafford; his nephew Joseph Monopoli, Jr. (Jodi) of Lyman, SC; and his aunts and uncles, Shirley, Paul Judd of Shenandoah and Irvin Judd, Jr. of Waynesboro.
