He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Conley and Hannah Morris Conley; and his siblings, Otho Lee Conley, Raymond Conley, Leo Conley, Marie Fuchs, Lessie Conley, Karen Medley, George Conley and Helen Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Herring Conley; his children, David Conley, Chris Conley (Crystal), Sheila of Elkton, Tina Conley Coffman (Paul) of Elkton and Kim Conley Shifflett (Butch) of Elkton; his grandchildren, Summer Conley, Cole Conley and Sydney Conley; his sister Janie Dean of Harrisonburg; his half-siblings, Doris Hilldrup of Stafford and Earl Conley of Fredericksburg; his sister-in-law Beverly Lam; and his pet Kitty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
