She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Davis and Gertrude Williams Davis; and her husband Carter Smithy "Nunnie" Moore. She is survived by: her children, Walter R. Davis (Mary Sue), Roger L. Davis (Sherrie Spinner), Mark E. Moore and Mary E. Watkins; her sister Dorothea Sanders; and her brother-in-law Joseph L. Moore.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Elkton (115 Nicholson Rd, Elkton, VA 22827). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
