He was predeceased by: his parents, David Noah and Wilda Virginia Lam Eppard; and his brothers, Terry Ray Eppard, David Allen Eppard and Darrell "Dolly" Eppard.
He is survived by: his siblings, Julie "Sissy" Eppard (Steve Kyger), Larry "Boot" Eppard (Donna), Forrest "Toby" Eppard and Carlton "Squeaky" Eppard; and his nieces, Kimberly Midkiff (Ricky) and Misty Anderson.
