He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd T. Watson and Laura Meadows Watson; his stepson Jeff Ritchie; and his siblings, Lynwood Watson, Mozella Jewell and Beatrice Eppard.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Eutsler Watson; his sons, Michael Watson (Linda), Steven Watson (Debbie) and Joe Watson (Wendy); his stepson Ralph Ritchie, Jr. (Debbie); his daughter Kim Dalton (Dink); his stepdaughter Deborah Campbell (Steve); and his siblings, Wayne Watson, Curtis Watson and Delma Meadows. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 11 nieces and nephews.
