He was predeceased by: his parents, Owlen Mowbray and Mattie Mowbray; his son Michael; his brother Ralph; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Lam, Anna Mae Lam and Charlotte Mowbray.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Lam of Page County; his son Neil; and his siblings-in-law, Elwood, Allen Lam, Barbara Lam and Mary Frances Lam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elkton Pentecostal Church (16704 E Summit Ave, Elkton, VA 22827). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elk Run Cemetery (100 Elk Run Dr, Elkton, VA 22827).
