She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy E. Jones Moton; her son Antonio Basden Sr.; her stepfather William A. Moton Sr.; and her siblings, William A. Moton Jr., James E. Jones Sr., Loretta E. Moton Blair and Rosetta L. Moton.
She is survived by: her grandson Antonio Basden Jr.; her sisters, Sylvia Moton-Bostick of Elkton and Cynthia James (Arthur) of Elkton; her brothers-in-law, Lester Blair (Cindy) and Reginald Basden (Carol) of Raleigh, NC.; her aunts, Edith Banks and Beatrice Jones; her uncle Bennie Toliver; and her close friend Annie Barrett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.
