She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindon Raleigh Dallas and Florence Lucas Dallas; her husband Wilton Edward Meadows; and her siblings, Rufus Dallas, Barbara Dallas, Nancy Cubbage, Pauline Campbell, Allene Orbaugh and Naomi Lucas.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Meadows, Jr. (Pam) of Elkton and Patricia Williams (Steve) of Elkton; her sister Elizabeth Comer (Benny) of Stanley; and her grandchildren, Wesley Meadows (Elizabeth), Luke Meadows (Clair), Hannah Linhart (Kevin) and Shana Pennington (Mark). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
