He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ashby Shifflett, Sr. and Imogene Comer Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Tammie R. Shifflett; his siblings, Lloyd "Onnie" Shifflett (Claudette), Greg Shifflett (Sissy) and Brenda Shifflett (Ted); his children, Jeffrey Shifflett, Summer Shifflett and Hunter Shifflett; and his stepchildren, Andrew Shifflett, Breanna Shifflett, Autumn Shifflett and Jeremiah Shifflett.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to help offset funeral costs.
