He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert "Bob", Louise Sipe and Pearl Elizabeth Coffey. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Junior Sipe and Laura Sipe (Mofield); his spouse Bilita Nicole Sipe; his son Thomas Watson Sipe; his brother Jonathan Sipe (Clairen); his sibling's children, Regan, Mason and Addilyn Sipe; and his father-in-law Rev. William Watson (Anita).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bible Holiness Church (127 Pine St, Elkton, VA 22827). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
