He is survived by: his children, Randy Cook (Tina) and Kimberly Cook (Seymour Davis) of Elkton; his close friend Bonnie Dovel of Shenandoah; his grandchildren, Chelsey Cook (Dustin Lam) and Logan Cook; and his great grandchildren, Matthias Lam of Elkton and Sutter Lam of Elkton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
