He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford G. Winegard and Helen Shifflett Winegard; and his brother Lowell Winegard (Betty). He is survived by: his wife Idelma S. Winegard; his daughters, Terri Good (Kenneth) of Elkton and Lorie Winegard (Mitch Biba) of Rotunda West, FL; his sister Kay Shifflett (Dale) of Elkton; his grandsons, Matthew Good of Harrisonburg and Daniel Good (Annie) of Barboursville; and his great grandchild Lily Good. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
