She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick C. Meadows and Addie Lam Meadows; her husband George Edward "Doc" Breeden; and her son George Elmer Breeden. She is survived by: her children, Roy Breeden (Shawn Grimsley) and Loretta Lam (Kenny); her daughter-in-law Carolyn Breeden; her siblings, Lorraine Shifflett and Fred Dewell Meadows; and her siblings' child Fonda Breeden.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elk Run Cemetery (100 Elk Run Dr, Elkton, VA 22827).
